What is the difference between the basic, manager and administrator security levels?

Basic - This is a view only security level where users can not edit or change anything but can view all data for those job sites that the login has been enabled to view.  

Manager - Same as administrator but can not view or change company billing information

Administrator - Full privileges to edit or delete anything including company billing information.
